Reviews and Ratings
I had a great time at this hotel! The rooms offered a lovely view across the street, were spacious and perfect for a big family, although the adjoining door meant we could hear everything next door. The location was perfect, just minutes from the beach and restaurants, with a heated swimming pool and great food variety. The service was amazing with helpful and friendly staff. However, the dining experience was average as I prefer eating out at night. The facilities were top-notch.
The hotel had a good size room with a sunny balcony, although it did not receive full sun. Initially reluctant to relocate me until I insisted, they eventually moved me to a room with a nice balcony. The showers and toilet flushing were a bit noisy. The staff was not very friendly, bordering on arrogance, and among the most unhelpful bar staff I have encountered. However, they offer assistance with any questions during your stay.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with a half-board option, including a sauna. While not the most modern, the beds are small and uncomfortable. The design of the bedroom may hinder access to the wardrobe due to a drawer unit, and there's limited hanging space available.
The hotel is ideally located, offering easy access to the beach and a variety of restaurants. The rooms are spacious and equipped with all necessary amenities, although noise from nearby facilities can be a downside. Overall, a slightly older but comfortable choice for a stay.
The hotel is located in a pretty fancy area of Adeje, close to beaches, supermarkets, parking lots, restaurants, and shops, offering convenience and a great atmosphere. The rooms, although a bit older than expected, provide warmth but lack air-conditioning, with some noise from cleaning staff in the morning disturbing leisurely mornings. The service is exceptional, with a multilingual staff who go above and beyond to assist with car hire, housekeeping, laundry, and tour information.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room I stayed in was a good size with a sunny balcony, but it lacked modern amenities and had some design flaws like limited hanging space. The turnover of rooms was frequent, which was a plus. The service was not very friendly and even a bit arrogant, with misleading information provided. On the bright side, the location was fine, situated in a fancy area of Adeje near the beach and various dining options. The dining experience was excellent with a variety of choices available. Despite some drawbacks, the facilities were sufficient for my needs.
My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a lovely view from the balcony. The kitchen was well-equipped with up-to-date cooking appliances, perfect for families. The only downside was that the rooms looked a bit tired despite being well-maintained.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel, with spacious rooms and a terrace that was great for kids. However, I was a bit concerned about the ground floor room lacking secure window locks. The location was fantastic with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, but I found it a bit pricey. The dining options were varied and delicious, offering a good selection. Overall, a nice experience with some minor drawbacks.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were turned over regularly, which was great, but they could use a bit of updating to match the beautiful location. The dining options were good but could use some improvement. The location was perfect, close to beaches, supermarkets, and restaurants.
The hotel is perfect for a big family with well-equipped rooms, plentiful amenities, and conveniently located close to bars, restaurants, and the beach. However, noise from adjoining rooms and the pool area could be bothersome.
